Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are currently in Australia as the Indian cricket team is playing the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The couple is often spotted by fans, who share their pictures and videos on social media. Recently, a fan saw Anushka and Virat walking on the streets of Sydney. They were heading to New Year celebrations and were joined by Devdutt Padikkal, Virat’s former IPL teammate.
Virat looked smart in a black shirt and trousers, while Anushka wore a stylish black dress. Fans loved the video of the couple. Virat and Anushka recently welcomed their second child in February 2024. Their daughter Vamika was born in 2021. The couple named their baby boy Akaay, but they have kept him away from the media. Since Akaay’s birth, Virat and Anushka have been spending most of their time outside India, either living in the UK or traveling with Virat for his cricket commitments.
Meanwhile, a digital creator, Swati Asthana, revealed that she met Akaay. She shared in her blog, “Today, I met Anushka Di and her little one, Akaay, who is super cute—just like her—and so adorable, like a little golu gobucha.”
On the work front, Anushka has taken a break from movies to focus on her children. The last film she worked on was Chakda Xpress, based on cricketer Jhulan Goswami’s life. However, the film was put on hold after a disagreement with Netflix about where it was supposed to be released.
