BCCI unveils Team India’s brand-new jersey inspired by the tri-colour theme!

Team India, led by Rohit Sharma, will wear a nayi jersey in the upcoming three-match ODI series against England, starting on Thursday at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur. The BCCI shared pictures of the players in their fresh look on their official social media handle, X.

Players like Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, Harshit Rana, Washington Sundar, Mohammed Shami, Arshdeep Singh, and Varun Chakravarthy were seen posing in the nayi jersey. The players looked quite hush as they wore the redesigned jersey, which has a tri-colour gradient on the shoulder blades.

On Thursday, India will face England in the first ODI at Nagpur’s Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium. The second match will be played on Sunday at Cuttack’s Barabati Stadium, and the third and final ODI will be held on February 12 at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium.

The squad for the series remains the same as the ICC Champions Trophy lineup, except for one change – Varun Chakravarthy replaces Jasprit Bumrah.
