After much anticipation, the time has finally come as Ranbir Kapoor’s Ramayana is now official as trailer and release dates are made public to excite fans. The multi-part film will be released in theatres during the Diwali period in the years 2026 and 2027. The filmmakers launched the first feedback poster of the movie which is bound to raise the expectations even higher.
On Instagram, Namit Malhotra posted the first poster of the Kapoor-starrer which is named The Advent of Sita. The caption quote also has the title of the film on it. It also features an illustration depicting the feature’s name ‘Advent of Sita’. Along the vertical poster, there is also a caption that reads “Sita – mother goes through”, quite literally.
Another celebrated caption said, “I started a mission to take this epic that has been fascinating for more than five thousand years to cinemas about a decade ago. Therefore, our entire Ramayana Family all India lives for respect joining forces to create the first part. Where is the love? In 2026, Part One will be released. 2027 will see the sequel.”
The poster was shared and described by Namit Malhotra in this manner as depicted here. He shared a photo of Sita, the film’s central figure. Instead of simply appreciating it, share to make Sita the goddess of every Indian’s heart one way and show where our mothers begin and where our world ends.
